Training young people Computer
Current Challenges
We train young people computer and there has been high demand of the number of these young people to join the college but our institute lacks enough computers, classrooms and tutors. These young people have finished high school education and lacked tuition fees to further their studies in college/Universities. Therefore we decided to accommodate them in our institute. The number more than our imagination. We are looking for funds to have more computers, stationery, tutors and classrooms to be able to accommodate them all who are more than 100. When we leave them out they may join prostitution for girls and robbery for boys. They are talented and passionate to learn and help their families. We train them test them in exams and award them certificates to able to secure employment and be able to support their families so that poverty can be eradicated.
What We Have Tried
The college since it started, it has trained more than 25 young people, whom they have secured employment some in supermarkets, schools and cyber cafe, and they have been supporting their families where some have even been able to support their siblings education.
Tools We Are Using
I uses tutors who sometimes volunteer, but have some challenges because they have families who need to be provided basic needs.
What We Can Offer
We can provide mentorship to organization who supports young people both girls and boys, and also train young people computer in society.
